The spontaneous baptismal service was, well, I really haven't been able to adequately describe it. I am, yet, in awe of the scene that transpired on the row immediately in front of us that day as first a father/husband answered the call from our Savior, then the wife/mother followed. It was amazing to watch as they stood and joined hands to go forward to be baptized, leaving their teenage daughter seated to watch from the edge of her seat, straining for a better view of her mom and dad. But the wonderful story did not end here. When they returned, with heads together, mother and daughter whispered among themselves, and then I heard, mother say, "no, it's not too late, they will wait on you, I will go with you if you want me to". I couldn't contain the tears as mother and daughter stood and made the walk down the isle for daughter to join her parents in publicly professing Jesus as their Savior. I can only imagine what was transpiring in heaven at that moment! And I can't stop telling the story. It was an amazing service, and such a blessing that I was allowed to witness.
